- Verification documents: police checks, working with children checks, NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, and professional certifications.
- Usage data: booking history, messages, ratings, and platform interactions.
- Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Match Clients with suitable Workers.
- Process bookings, payments, and insurance claims.
- Verify identity and qualifications.
- Improve platform safety and service quality.
- Communicate important updates, reminders, and support messages.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We only share your information with third parties when necessary to deliver our services or comply with the law:
- Between Users: Client and Worker profiles (excluding sensitive documents) are visible to matched parties.
- Service providers: payment processors, cloud hosting, and identity verification services.
- Regulators: NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, aged care regulators, or law enforcement when legally required.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
